One hand behind a few different things.

I make a handful of things that don't, at first, seem to belong together: photographs of the Black Hills, software and AI tools for small businesses, and a small amount of work to make this a better place to ride a bike. They share a source, not a category — they all come from the same person paying attention to the same place.

The photography is the oldest thread. I shoot on Fujifilm and print in-house on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1100, because a photograph you can hold in your hands settles something a screen never will. The galleries here are the keepers — auroras over the prairie, water moving through the hills, a stage lit red.

The software is the day work. Under Trad Diff, I build apps, websites, and AI setups for people who need a working thing more than they need a pitch deck. If you came here looking for that, the Technology page points the way.

The bicycle work is the obligation. I help run the Stone Bicycle Coalition and ride more gravel than is strictly reasonable. A town is better when more people can get around it on two wheels; that's worth some of my time.

None of this is a personal brand. It's just the honest inventory of what I spend my days on, gathered in one place so the threads are easy to follow.
